aerodynamic configuration of the PL-4 ???

Does anyone know how the PL-4 – “a radar guided air-to-air-missile” – was planed to look like ??

I’m planing to build a model of the J-9 and the PL-4 was planed to be it’s main air-to-air-missile !!!
