Aeroflot 737 at Liverpool 04.12.07

Hi folks, not the best of weather for photographing aircraft in the sky, but this was worth taking a chance on. Aeroflot Nord B737 on finals into Liverpool this lunchtime bringing in the Zenit St Petersburg team to play Everton in the UEFA cup-tie tomorrow night.

Aeroflot and Aviainvest are the parent company and they operate a mixed fleet of 28 aircraft. As they are predominately a regional airline, this charter would be a nice bonus for the crew.

Hello James, and thanks for your nice comment.
So far as I can tell, Aeroflot Nord operate from a part of [Northern?] Russia named Arkhangelsk.
