That will teach you to go off without a flight engineer π
Be lucky

Quite right, I often here the older skippers say they miss having the guys who knew the location of every brothel around the world on board! I gather they also knew the location of the cheapest breakfast in every city. Talented guys.

Tommy C’s have got a contract to do triple U/C changes on all of Aeroflot’s 767’s. I suspect that because the aircraft are VP registered the contract is with the lease company.
They are going after a lot of 3rd party work at the moment, so we might see some more un usual stuff at MAN.

I thought I was seeing things when I saw the 767 parked up. Aeroflot don’t normally send their aircraft to MAN for repairs do they?

have to be up at 3:30am for work π
Nice being an airline driver, donΒ΄t you think??

Nick
Company specific I think, (unless someone can reference it in JAR Ops), ours is 10hrs before duty, and the drink/drive limit is 80mg, making the drink/fly limit a ΒΌ of the drink/drive limit of 20mg as quoted by you.
I’ll answer your PM tomorrow, have to be up at 3:30am for work π

Ahh, and I only flew with Aeroflot two weeks ago. All good fun! π
One thing’s for sure… An empty 767 does not weigh 200 tons!

P.S. Nice photos, Neil!

I was under the impression that your not allowed to go near alcohol 24 hours before duty?
It reads
The legal limit for flying is 20mg of alcohol compared with 35mg for driving.
