From 1, 2004 June, open society “Aeroflot – Russian air lines”
introduced a new standard of service quality on the
business-class flights Moscow – Helsinki – Moscow, Moscow –
Munich – Moscow, Moscow – Zurich – Moscow, Moscow – Geneva –
Moscow, Moscow – Brussels – Moscow. Focused on a service quality
improvement and on providing maximum comfort for
business-passengers. Aeroflot intends seriously to increase
occupancy in high service classes for flights to Europe. A
distinguishing feature of Aeroflot’s “new service” is an
individual approach to each passenger, an offer of meal on
refined china dishes by a menu card, a great variety of dishes
served during a flight in view of time of day, laying and an
ornament of dishes just before food is served aboard.

Aeroflot will be joining Skyteam before the Year is out, though…

If Aeroflot was in Star, I would have gone out of my way to have flown them already.
quite agreed…i think Aeroflot is making a fair bit of effort to improve, but i have no idea if they are succeding on it or not.

I’d love to fly Aeroflot just to break down all those gnarly prejudices 😉
