Aeronautical Engineering Book – Wireless equipment (old thread 2006)

Hi

Gf’s grandma worked at Avro in Leeds, and used to help fit wireless equipment on Lancs/Ansons etc. Anyway, I’ve just been given a book she had for reference presumably, wondered if it may be of use to someone doing a cockpit restoration or something – I can scan in any pages that someone might like to refer to?
It is:
Aeronautical Engineering Series – Ground engineers
ELECTRICAL AND WIRELESS EQUIPMENT OF AIRCRAFT
Including the repair, overhaul and testing of magnetos (“x” Licence)

by S.G Wybrow
Printed 1941
Loads of Plessey/Marconi etc stuff, hardcore diagrams! A very heavy read, lol, but maybe someone has been searching for this info?
Anyway, if anyone would like to know more let me know

Bob

Hi Bob

I’d be interested to see any pics/info you have of the R1082 and T1083, TR9F and DF loop setup. Overhauling part of the DF loop shaft at the moment!

Cheers

what info or pic do you need, I know someone with an original manual and I have a part PDF manual.
