‘Aeroplane makes emergency landing
A plane has been diverted to a Dorset airport for an emergency landing.
The flight was on its way from Jersey to Doncaster, South Yorkshire, when it was forced to land at Bournemouth International Airport on Tuesday.
A spokeswoman for the airport said the Boeing 737 had been experiencing problems with the flaps.
She said engineers were trying to repair the aircraft before the 132 passengers onboard the Thomsonfly flight could continue their journey.’
