It took a little longer than I thought but a passenger who was aboard the doomed flight has finally filed a class action lawsuit against Air France, the Toronto Airport Authority and Air Traffic Control. Her lawyer filed the suit with the Provincial Courts in Toronto in the name of the 297 passengers, a lawsuit amounting USD$62 million. Here’s a link!
