affordable primary jet trainer

I found this jet on the internet and was amazed at its price of just over a million dollars. Theres a huge need for trainer upgrades all over the world, but noone can seem to afford the aveage $10 million per for jet trainers. I dont think there is anything that the Bae Hawk can do that this plane cant as far as actual flight training, although I doubt this jet has munitions carry capability as its designed for the private market.
