With the UK government emphasising the threat in Africa from Islamist groups whilst at the same time reinforcing the need to spend on Defence, are we seeing UAV/UCAV operations and intelligence gathering moving up the list of priorities?
And for that matter, given the reaffirming of the UK/France defence cooperation pact does this make joint defence projects more secure?
