AGS Brass woodscrews needed

Hello all

I am looking for AGS brass countersunk woodscrews for the Whitley. I am wondering if anyone out there has any available?

Aren’t Brown Brothers still in business? I’m sure I saw a van with their name on it about a year ago.

Brown Brothers Extract

Hi Elliott,
Attached is an extract from Brown Brothers Catalogue No 526 (undated) which shows the type of wood screws you would be looking for. As far as I know the only difference between AGS and commercial is the AGS screws are cadmium plated except for the stainless, but I do stand to be corrected if I am incorrect!!

So probably your best bet would be finding a ‘proper’ hardware store if you want small quantity, or somewhere like Screwfix for larger quantity.
I do have a small amount of csk wood screws,but they are of later pattern with recessed head (SP130 part number series).
