Delays are to be expected anyway, its not going to be 100% perfect straight away, give them a chance.

Seriously though… Airbus promised a lot of things with this whale including a very tight delivery schedule. I hope they can deliver or they might find a few orders being set back indefinately or even cancelled.
Big doo doo time if that happens.

AFAIK, AF and VS were scheduled to have theirs delivered from the start of 2007 but now I know AF are more than certain to have theirs delivered from 2009.

I’m sure a few people saw the delay coming…Virgin and Air France said about 10 months ago that they are delaying their orders…
What, have they delayed their orders? Are they waiting until they know of an actual delivery date before they order?

these things happen…As far as the aircraft is concerned the mamoth jumbo a380 is something the men and women at airbus nead to be proud of as it is a great accompolishment…However i seriously think the market strategy of hub-hub travel that the a380 is base on is seriously fllawed.
