Does anyone know of any video clips online of her runnning her engines. I came across one recently but the engine run was filmed from inside and only showed a fleeting glimpse of the propellors.

What are the long term plans for the Air Atlantique Shackleton?

I’ll probably be there on the 23rd as one of Dave K’s happy crew, lurking around SV looking industrious.

Classic British Aircraft (Disc Wings) had an Episode on the Shack and there was some footage of the Shack being run up. Apparently she’s run up very regularly – Will J will know more.

Hi Peter, I tried attaching a couple of ‘MPG’ videos, but they are not an acceptible file type. If you PM me an email address I can send them to you, they are short but show the engines running from the outside.

I am going to the open day in April and if the Shack runs I will get a nice long video of it, and e-mail it to you Peter.

I do know that one of the British airshow DVD’s, either 2002 or 2003 has a fairly long bit on Cov’s Classic Airshow and in the filming of this they include a good bit on the Shackleton which shows it running.
