Air fix gift sets – Humbrol paints

Hiya
Does anyone know where I can find a list of the numbers for Humbrol paints that I’d need to build a eurofighter and an Apache? probably a daft question but I’ve just started doing the airfix models so I wanted to get all the right paints

Aren’t they normally listed on the model instructions ? At least they were in the old days when I did that sort of thing ?
