Sum-total of AirPower’s posts:
Present govt in India: Really bad
BJP: Only slightly less venerable than God

Yes I can critcize the govts in India, as it is a democracy – you see that is how it works, we don’t pin our hopes on a tinpot dictator ;). What is your problem with that?

Anyone non-Indian (hint: Pakistan): Bad
Not anyone, just the lame Pakistani posters on this forum

Pakistan: Very, very, very BAD! (and terrorists!, to boot )

Glad you admit that, that is the first step to recovery for the terrorist jehadi, now reform yourself 🙂

right then..since you have said what you wanted to say can you take this nonsense back to your military boards please.

Enough, already!!! 😡

This forum is not the place for that sort of bickering.

Please take it back to the Mil forum, where that type of thing seems to belong.

Thank You.

PAF Fan you are the forum idiot, people look to yours (and Yahoo and Phrozenflame) posts for entertainment.

No need to poke your green nose in everything, I was merely confirming/correcting what Nasir posted originally.

Cheers

Airpower
You give yourself and Indians a bad name, thankfully there are enough decent Indians around to make up for clowns like you, the fact that sarcasm is also lost on you really sums things up, you even take your hatred and fear of other countries into a thread on commercial airliners….

Kabir, I honestly am not 🙂

I was just surprised at the shoot-from-the-hip attitude of AirPower and decided to check his previous posts. I must admit I did editoriolize the sum-total part. Heck, this person might even be likable…

I respect whatever you say…. but the last thing i would like to see here is a India-Pakistan thing on AW which fortunately has never happened here. 🙂

Just did a quick check on AirPower -power poster on the military forum. Explains the froth-at-the-mouth attitude towards anyone and everyone.

Sum-total of AirPower’s posts:

Anyone non-Indian (hint: Pakistan): Bad
Pakistan: Very, very, very BAD! (and terrorists!, to boot :))

come on lets not go that road here.

There was a lot left in the civil aviation sector, but with pending decisions to allow Jet Airways to travel international routes, new airports, the ISRO GAGAN free navigation initiatives. Infrastructure was a major thrust area, first roads, rails, and ports. I am sure Civil Avaition was next in the BJP radar for the next 5 years.

Do you trust the lice infested louts in the UPA to even care about the Indian economy, they know their coalition of the demented won’t last for more than a year, they are more interested in bribes and bakeesh. Can you say that of the BJP/NDA ?

Manmohan Singh is a great scholar, but not a great politician. He gets his orders from Sonia Gandhi – who is worse than a jerk, an opportunist – not the people or his own thoughts. He is weak in that respect.

AVP was a better PM anyday, under his leadership India was indeed shining (except to those short sighted farmers that want free power).

but then again this is not the place to discuss this issue. 🙂

The new govt in India the UPA is a farce coliltion of a bunch of nut cases – a crazy Italian gold digger whore that runs Congress, a buch of leftist loonies left in the past with a Stalin/China is great mantra, and some murderous criminals in the central cabinet.

They have taken India’s economy which was the fastest growing in the first quarter of this year with low inflation to record high inflation. Most of the UPAs decisions is just to spite the previous stellar NDA govt (with the BJP at its helms).

So you are right, it is a buch of politicians wanting to dip their greedy fingers in all previous deals – forget about the impact on Air India, Indian Airlines, the private sector, etc….

Such is the bane of democracy – bloody Congress party and leftist goons.

you are saying as if the BJP party did alot in the civil aviation sector.

Mind you the current PM of India, Manmohan Singh is a great scholar and was responsible for most of the reforms in India in 1992. The Finance Minister of India is another great scholar. But yes the leftist parties have a majour say in this government and Sonia Gandhi is indeed a total jerk.

Well, they’ll probably go for the 777s now like the Pakistanis did -to please the Amreekan Laat-Saabs (Lord Sahibs)

Sorry that is a Pakistani imperitive, not Indian.

Afterall Uncle Sam pretty much owns Pakistan and the 777s came to PIA after it mortaged its whole fleet to a third party and were bought on US EXIM bank terms. More porkbarrel for Boeing than bacon for PIA.

If I was a “Boeing Nut” I would’nt start wringing my hands just yet! A friend of mine who is involved in aircraft brokerage reckons that its simply the new Indian Govts “cleaning of the slate” of the previous crowds doings. He still feels that there will still be an Airbus deal but maybe not involving brand new aircraft. That was all I could get out of him, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see!

The B7F7 will probably be out before Air India make their minds up.

I dare to retort

Fossil Fuels will have been exhausted well before AI make a move. At this rate.. that ain’t too far gone a conclusion

In the end, they’ll probably pick up another handful of second-hand B747/A300/A310s like they normally do.

Let’s face it : maybe just a matter of backhander……

Well, they’re bound to go for Airbus products then because – as we are so often reminded on this forum – Boeing would never stoop so low. [/IRONY]

Did I mention that I’m Kylie Minogue, BTW? 😉
