I cant believe it, I have passed my air law, meterology and (today) the human performance and limitations exams, all within 3 weeks!
It now means I can go off circuit and do my rejoins.
I must say a big thank you to london centre on 121.5, they have put up with my practise pan calls for two days now. Top guys, and give great QDM’s and steer information.

Ah, now I found Nav to be quite easy, although the CRP1 does take a bit of getting used to when you first try to use it. Do lots of examples before the exam, just to get yourself used to using it, and eventually you’ll find that it’s probably the most useful piece of kit in your flight bag.
Good luck. 🙂

Well done – Met is always a good one to get out of the way. I passed law last week and have just started Nav – the LAST ONE!!! Spent a not so exciting Sunday afternoon working out how to use the navigation computer.

How very true Mike! 😀
Anyway, just thought I’d better inform you all that my little outburst was completely unfounded, as I passed Met with 80% this morning. Four down, three to go…. 🙂

i cant believe it… I only went and passed my nav exam yesterday! What a run i am having, I only got 76% but a pass is a pass.. and its another one done! Now looking into aeroplane tech and planning.. should be ok on the planning.. look fairly logical, and technical, well its just a case of learning, as is everything..
Then there is my RT exam and written, then in there! All i have to do then is convince a examiner I really can fly this dam thing!
hope you are all having sucess too…

Also remember that every picture of cloud that you see in the textbook bears no resemblance to what is actually in the sky…!!!!!! My tutor put it all into perspective when we were discussing icing; his comment was that when a pilot notices his wings are icing up he doesn’t sit there and think about which of the 3 varieties of ice it might be, he just thinks about how to get rid of it!!!
Good luck.

Well done Loz! Currently studying for my Nav and Met, having done Air Law and HPL. Been a looooong time since I’ve had to do exams. I’d forgotten just how tedious the revision could be…
