Air museums in Las Vegas/San Francisco area?

Anyone able to recommend a good air museum to visit in either the Las Vegas or San Francisco areas?

I think that the USAF Aerobatic Team – The Thunderbirds – may have a public museum display at Nellis AFB which is just outside Las Vegas.
