Certainly not the 1920s – the clothes are not ‘period’.

Possibly Cannes, but don’t think it’s 1910. At the 1910 meet aircraft 8 was a Blériot XI flown by Léon Molon.

Would there be any Wright Flyers still flying in the 20s?

There was a quantum leap in aircraft design in the 17+ years since Kitty Hawk.

It was possibly post WWI as the family went to visit and take photos of their brothers grave who was killed in 1916.

Its a Wright Flyer probably at Cannes week March 1910,would be my best guess.

Here’s a couple of shots of another “Wright” and a “Curtiss”.
