Air traffic control

Hi,
Just curious as to what qualifications you would need to work in a control tower that would use a basic air/ground frequency or a basic service?

Air/ground just requires you to hold a radio telephony licence – theres an exam you have to pass. I think your best bet is to look up CAP413 and send an email to the CAA.
