I saw the same kind of video featuring the A380.
Don’t know if it’s available on the net, but you can see it on big screen in Toulouse when asking for a tour of the Lagardere plant. 😀

There was at one time a superb 777 construction video that ran for 10 mins. I once posted a link here to it.

Unfortunately, I can no longer find the video. It was here:
