Im interseted how the (past?) wiring problems – prevent it being converted to a freighter.
As both an aircraft engineer and some one who was involved with the A380 its my professional opinion that someones spoutting bollox.
Fed ex et al pulled out not because of any shortcomings with the A380, but because the delivery schedule slipped so far it was more proffitable to replace there aging fleet with the 2nd choice.

A pointless article, seems to be more opinion than fact.

So what is it that GLG actually do?? From looking around their site I honestly have no idea.
Although the ‘L’ in GLG stands for Lehrman, so if they’re anything to do with Lehrman Bros, they would certainly know a lot about losing money 😀

Am I missing something or does that article not really actually say anything? It just seems a random bitch about how much the guy dislikes the A380.
Also, if the 747-8 has had around half the orders in just under half the time of the A380, doesn’t that mean it’s selling at a similar kind of rate? His logic seems totally flawed there, or am I missing something?
