I wonder if anyone can tell me what is behind this JU52.
This is the day when German officers flew into Drem airfield to implement surrender. I know they flew in with 2 or 3 JU52’s but what is the RAF Aircraft behind it. I am not that good with recognising aircraft. The link is below. I didnt post the picture here as it is someone elses website and it didnt seen polite to do that.

I think it’s a fairly standard model Anson as it has the original cabin height,rather than the raised roof of the later versions.It’s hard to identify it as a specific mark because the engines are out of shot.One thing which fools the eye is that this one has had it’s mid-upper turret removed,which does alter it’s overall appearance.

I thought that but I started to doubt it as I have an anson pic on my site and it didnt look right somehow. Maybe its just my eyes.
