Given the situation in Sri Lanka with the LTTE, what do you think would be an ideal OrBat for the SLAF? Or do you think the current aircraft of Kfir C-2/7, MiG-27M and Mi-24 are effective in a guerilla war?
What about the transport wing? I think the C-130B’s are a welcome addition to compliment the Y-12, Y-8 and AN-32. But the LTTE does have MANPADS and the C-130’s are extremely vulnerable.
