Aircraft on display on Horse Guards.

In the TV coverage of the RAF 100 they showed several aircraft including a Dakota. They mentioned but didn’t show ‘a Lancaster’ Where these borrowed from museums? The bigger ones must have taken some moving?

Had the pleasure of walking around Horseguards after all the marching last Tuesday, quite enjoyed it. I took a few pics on my phone that I’ll sling up if anyone is interested.

The BE 2 is from Elvington, the Dak from Colchester, the Meteor from Tangmere and IIRC the rest are from RAF sources.
