aircraft panel ID

Does anybody know what this is off? looks like it had a gun mounted and the plate talks about cranking the landing gear, no known part numbers or stamps, not sure if its english or american

Someone please remind me, how many turns of the handle were required to raise or lower the undercarriage of an Anson.

I instantly recognised the cowling fasteners, lots of them on the Anson.
