Aircraft part numbers

I have been sorting through some items and come a cross a piece of aircraft with the follwoing codes:

C406E 4
19 81 5
SDF

The middle line isn’t very clear, and the bottom letters are in an oval.

I assume the letters might relate to the maker/factory, however any help or suggestions would be great. I will try and post a photo later.
