Is there someone who could email me a list of the ‘AH’ numbers etc. that can be used to ID which aircraft a wheel comes from?
Cheers
Geoff.

Ok, I got it wrong guys 😮 It’s not AH numbers that Skypilot, among others, had put together. It´s Manufacturers Part Codes. If you want to have a look at it, try here
Sorry about the mix-up guys
Yep, “my” list was/is aircraft part numbers etc, not wheels, although I’m after that list myself!
I know of one forum user that has given me info on wheels before, probably the same one Von Perthes has alluded to. Not sure if he has a complete list though.

Somebody on this forum has a large, if not complete, list of ‘AH’ numbers.
I’m fairly confident I know who it is so if he hasn’t appeared in a couple of days I’ll send him a PM, in case there’s a reason for not offering.

Don’t forget the brake pressure indicators. These also have AHO numbers. That’s how I found out that the one I have was fitted to a Halifax.
Cheers

A couple of months ago, there was a thread running here about the subject. IIRC, Skypilot62 and Bruce between them had make a complete list of all AH numbers. However, try as I might with the search function, I’m not able to find it. Maybe someone less computer challanged can have a go dragging up that thread.
I’d be glad to see it as I have been after one of these lists for a while. Very useful things those AHO lists!
