Airfield visitors 1946-1953

I recently acquired a small batch of photographs said to have been taken at Paraparaumu airfield, near Wellington, New Zealand in 1953.
I have scanned these prints, cleaned them up, and they actually seem to span the years 1946 to 1953.

An unknown US C-54
RNZAF Gloster Meteor NZ6001
Vickers Viscount G-AMAV
PanAm Douglas C-54/DC-4 N88884
RNZAF VIP C-47 NZ3551
The pictures are of poor quality, but interesting.
