AirFrance and the competitors

As announced earlier EZ will started a route from BIQ (Biarritz) to CDG on Feb 7.
That’s a rather good news for the BIQ travellers like me since AF was selling a round trip ticket to Paris at outrageous fares (up to 600 €!!!).

However AF doesn’t like competition and in order to reward their customers they have decided to drop the BIQ-CDG route!!!!

Therefore customers who have a connecting flight at CDG will have to fly to ORY , pick up their luggages, take a bus bound to CDG….. the day before since the first flight at ORY arrives too late. Classy…..

Thats really poor form on AF behalf! Surely there is enough traffic on the route to sustain 2 airlines espeically when you consider the amount of connections possible from CDG!

What was/is the frequencey like and with what type of aircraft?
