Airline services to/from/in UK & British Empire countries during WW2

Whilst searching for something completely different, at http://www.gbps.org.uk/information/downloads/files/Report%20on%20the%20Progress%20of%20Civil%20Aviation%201939-1945%20-%20John%20Wilson.pdf I came across a detailed and fascinating report – by John Wilson entitled ‘Report on the Progress of Civil Aviation 1939-45’ and comprising 263 pages – concerning, primarily, airline services to, from and in the UK and countries in the British Empire during the Second World War. It was hitherto unknown to me but I found that it made fascinating reading (I shall be going back to finish it this evening). I commend it to anyone with an interest in the subject or the period.
