Been reading A.net forums and someone started a thread about airline theme songs and adverts.
Any of you have a favourite. Personally I like BA’s Adverts with that nice “The Flower Duet” song in the background.
But I must admit I love this

The Song, I think is fantastic, its Adiemus by Enya. This Advert just makes me wanna go book some tickets.

SN Brussels Airlines – Passionate about you
They have a huge poster of that against the terminal buulding which can be seen from the top of the parking building. I have a picture of it but it’s 400 kb :s. It’s also advertised in bus stops here, but I was too late asking one. There is nothing left of the campaign on the website.

always liked the go-fly adverts that appeared on local radio when go first started operating out of Newcastle – one guy, one deep voice murmering “go-go-go-go-go-go” at the end of some jingle.
cheap and cheerful but fun :-p

Are you talking about the adverts for Thomas Cook TV they have on the TVS as you board? If so all I can remember about it is the same tune repeated over and over……. and over.

Yes the JMC ads / slogan and tune was excellent.
On Thomas Cook TV some of their tunes are played on TCX… they are quite good

BA’s song is really calming, something they should in the cabin on take-off/landing, it is a refined piece by Yani, BA replaced the voice with just sounds.
I remember the Delta music on an advert they ran quite a few years back here in the UK, it was the same that is now used by Cheltnem & Glouscter building society ???
