AIRLINE5, please help me!

Please could somebody help me?

Today is my birthday and I received Airline5. My Windows is XP which supports the Airline5 I have. Once I have put the disc in and run setup1.exe and setup2.exe and restarted the computer I click on the Airline tab on the desktop, when I click this massage appears ‘System error &H8007007E (-2147024770).’ I have attached an image of this. Please can you tell me how to resolve this problem so I can play the simulation,

Thanks,

Chris

Just wondering, who moved my post anyway?

It looks as if you posted the same question on two fora anyway – a definite no-no.

Each Forum has different moderators. One of the mods on whichever other forum you posted it will have shifted it here, where it is relevant, probably without looking to see if it already existed here, as he/she wouldn’t have expected that.

Mods don’t always read fora other than their own, we are busy enough anyway (Except me, because all the chaps on Historic and General Aviation are well behaved sorts.)

Many Happy Returns Chris, sorry but I haven’t got the slightest clue about it. You might have components missing from Windows which might well have caused it. A similar thing happened to me when I had bought FS2002 a few years ago and I had e-mailed Microsoft to complain about the disc. They told me I had to download Direct X from the internet, after that it was perfect. Do you know if you have Direct X?
