Airliner Preservation

Hi folks,
Looking at the plans for Duxford’s Airspace project and Cosford’s Cold War building,I can’t help wondering what will become of the airliners/transports which have been left out of them,particularly those at Cosford.As many of us know,it’s as good as impossible to garauntee the preservation of an outdoor airframe,particularly the larger ones.
I’m not complaining about these projects,I realise that they’re good news for the aircraft included in them,but in both cases it would be nice to see one or two more of the larger aircraft being included.Who else other than Cosford could house an Argosy?Who other than Duxford could preserve a Trident 2?There are currently no examples of either under cover.Then there’s the unique Comet 1 at Cosford which is surely deserving of some hangar space?
My hope is that the moving of some exhibits at Cosford from the existing buildings will allow something like the Comet or Argosy inside, although it’s hard to see Duxford being able to house any airliners in thier other hangars.
Does anyone have any inside info on what might take up the floorspace made available by the shuffling of airframes into the new buildings?
