Virgin Sun the holiday company was bought out by First Choice (Air 2000), but the deal didn’t include the aircraft.

I think they are still stored just waiting for new customers

What ever happened to Virgin Sun anyway? Everything else Branson does seems to be very successful.

The company that chartered the aircraft was bought out by thomas cook so cohertintly they now use AMM aircraft and these have been returned to the lessor.

Did Virgin Sun not get bought by one of the larger charter airlines like Air 2000?

Yes I remember…When I was there two octobers ago the terminal was still under massive constuction. Apparentley this was connected to the fire. (slightly)
