Is thier a website that has information on airlines that have applied for slots at airports and who has slots?

When I worked at British Midland, I used to get the slot allocations from ACL each time the coordination meetings took place – very interesting they were too. We used to do analysis with them to see what free runway and terminal capacity was still available, which would help us with future slot requests. Sadly, as has been said, actual allocations are not in the public domain.

ACL coordinates the UK slots and some foreign airports. The website is www.online-coordination.com.
You can readily view slots that are avail, but have to be a registered member to view slots held by airlines. Once registered you can view anyones slots.

Depends on the airport I suppose.
For the Netherlands the 3 most important airports can be found here. AMS, RTM and EIN.

I doubt that would be information that would be made publicly available to be honest.
