Moscow uses Augur airships for observation
The Moscow-based Aeronautic Center Augur is supplying the City of Moscow with three tethered aerostats, designated Au-17 Bars (‘panther’) equipped with a GOES-520 electro-optical observation turret made by UOMZ (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and two Au-12 airships.
Anyone know anything more about these? Or have any pics.
