I have several times contacted them over copyright and they have removed them. Copyright they deal with, most other issues they dont. The large cost of this item and the fact that the owners have confirmed it is definatly not for sale help our case.

Not true, I complained about an auction where the seller had pinched the picture and text from my Sister-in-Law’s similar auction. Ebay pulled it.

I thought there was something fishy about this auction and now this clarifys it. Good to see someone has e-mailed e-bay, maybe as many of us could e-mail them and get this sorted.
Why bother ?
