What ever happened to the project to restore some of the recovered Albemarle sections that where recovered in Cumbria during the early eighties. I have seen a photo showing a tubular cockpit frame and it was reported to be restored to a fully fitted out cockpit section.
Any progress?

The latest Wrecks & relics shows ‘1 1/2 nose sections’ being restored to a cockpit section, by a private collector in Lancashire. Not on public display.

If I remember correctly, It was completed and is now on display. I think the complete aircraft was finshed sometime in the early 90s?
Cany anyone else add to this????
