This one is from a few years ago, it is of an original Alexander Eaglerock biplane of the 1920’s owned here in Colorado by a guy named Carl Williams (sorry about the obstructions, shot from a Stearman) and it was subsequently donated to the then new Denver International Airport where it still hangs today from the roof of the ‘B’ concourse along with a Curtiss Jenny…Williams later obtained another Eaglerock (built right here in Colorado, the plant formerly sitting on the site now inhabited by Englewood High School) and now flies that one at air shows.
Never noticed the other Stearman in the shot just in front of the ‘rock’s landing gear, our other camera ship belonging to Eric Baldwin…funny what you find in slides when you enlarge them.
