All weathers

I was going to do this as a poll but changed my mind. What is the forums opinion on what is the best all weather fighter?

I know they dont fly if it is bad weather, but I mean in a war footing, when it was heavy fog, pouring with rain and high winds around the source airfield or carrier and the target, which fighter would be the best?

To make it interesting the target is a heavily armoured moving convoy with air cover and a number of anti air defences, and no you cant use rather large bombers like the B1, B-52 etc.
