Allison Engine Part Numbers

Hi, Can anyone confirm this one please.

I have found on an ALG site what appears to be a generator flange cover from an Allison engine??, has a part number of 19298 H. Does anyone know what the part prefix is for the Allison engine please, the reason I am assuming Allison is the connection to the RAF Mustangs that operated from that airfield and the paint colour is typical of American built aircraft. :confused:
