I’m glad you’ve been able to get it to work. I knew if I was able to run it, there was no great skill required.

Right click, save target as, then rename to change extender .mpg – works fine.

Guess I just need to reconfigure my version – it’s been fragged by my MP3 players software.

Doesn’t on mine, unfortunately. I have WMP V9
I too have WMP v9 and it plays OK on my machine.

I think they were omani Jags, but with RAF pilots.

This is one of a series, all taken from footage shot in oman. They were originally posted by somebody on pprune. I am sure a search on there would yield more.
This would be the thread in question

They didn’t work on my RealPlayer or Quicktime.
Do you have all of you file associations set in your WMP ?
As they’re MPEG-4’s
Why the website owner chose the obscure formats is beyond me.

MPEG-4 files like that will require something like Quicktime. Better to use a more popular format imv.
I agree, but they will open & play fine with Windows Media Player. I have version 6.4 and it’s fine.

Rough field take off? There is no wake prior to film starting.
AFAIK the Jag has always been capable of that, pretty much what it was designed to do. It just LOOKS like extremely low level flying.

and I know this is modern, but an F-14 going supersonic not very far off the ground…I mean sea !!!! 😀
It’s worth the look !!
