Hi all,
Would it be possible to use an Amazon Fire TV Stick in The Netherlands. I have a Sony Bravia tv which is connected via wifi to the internet.

I don’t know if the Fire TV stick works the same or not ? With the Apple TV, the only free things worth watching
are the Youtube videos (where I watch a lot of photography tutorials) and TED talks.
It does also let you watch videos and look at photos from your computer. Utilising iTunes.

If it is to watch U.K. Programmes you may have a problem with the IP address, but I don’t know, however there is a workaround if that is the case, I used to use this on Netflix to allow me access to the US programmes, though I think netflix has changed of late.
It fools the services by setting up a fake ip 🙂

I stand to be corrected, but I don’t see any problem.
I use an Apple TV device for watching (mainly) Youtube videos on the TV. I probably use it more for that,
than I do watching actual TV programmes.
