Has Any more information surfaced on the fates of the 4 atomic lincolns bured on the base tip, are service personal now able to speak freely about these matters now, keeping in mind mustangs are now being flown from similar backgrounds. How would these airframes be recovered for possible use in an static example,and where on the base would they be located.
There are lots of different stories on there fates, only past personal and ground testing will find the real answers to these matters. Hope someone has a deeper knowledge of these stories, having being interested for a long time after reading Steward Wilsons book.
