With the spotting competition in full swing again, it was high time for me to go to the airport again. The weather was a mayor disappointment, sun was expected with scattered clouds. Instead almost all day long I had full overcast so some of my pics ended up somewhat darkish.
Today I got to see these (PH- planes left out). In bold the odd planes.

Fabulous pictures as ever Peter. Hate to sound cheeky, but did you get a picture of G-CELB? Cheers mate.
This is it. Not that good a photo really. I have had to increase the brightness quite a bit to make it reasonably good.

Thanks Tenthije I will check out Oost when its gets quiet after lunch.
I went that side once many years ago on a coach trip. Very much looking forward to it even though I was only last there in October. Just have to get up a 03:45 for the 06:20 flight 🙁 .

Brill piccies there tethije, I especially like that bmi baby one!

Just to add if you go the Oost. Someone deposited an old pallet near the fence next to the 2nd building at the apron. You can use this as a step ladder, everyone does! There are actually a few places where someone deposited pallets for us to use!
you’ll have great weather too!
50% sun
20% rain
0mm of rain
13-25 degrees celsius
soutwestern wind force 2
the Kaagbaan will be used for take-offs. That runway is accesible by bus. More details on my website.

I am not sure if it is going to still be there. GA movements are not announced except perhaps for top-level dignitaries like presidents and the like. I don’t think this plane will be carrying anyone like that!
To get there you can take busline 190/191/196/198/199 to Schiphol Oost. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the police air wing. It should be easy enough to find. The bus will drive a Mac Donalds restaurant, and then turn on a main road. You should take the first bus stop on that main road.
At the police apron (Bo-105, MD-902 and islanders in case you where wondering), you walk on a bit and take the first road to the right. If you walk forward you will see the apron already. It is lined with a fence and buildings, but between the buildings there are crash gates that can be used to poke your camera through.
Yesterday the DDA’s Dakota (Martinair livery) was standing outside as well. Also on this apron is KLM B747-300 PH-BUK. It is the last KLM ‘300 still at Schiphol, and will eventually find its way to the Aviodrome museum. The ‘300 has been stripped of some parts though, most noticably the engines.
You won’t be able to see the dornier from the terrace unless you got a pretty decent pair of binoculars. You will be able to see the 743 though from that distance. Other planes that are here are the police wing, the DDA’s planes (often indoors though) and all biz jets. Yesterday there was a Falcon, 2 gulfstreams and a handfull of citations and small props. Sometimes Transavia and Dutchbird park some of their planes there close to the fence when they do not need them.

Excellent im off there tomorrow on EZY. Hope the 228 is still about?
I amm ume that was parked on the GA area? How can I get there by bus? Is there more there than can be seen in the distance from the terrace??

6) Korean Cargo rotating in great light.
7) Aeroflot A319. Ever since SKynet went belly-up Aeroflot has to bring in their own equipment. Skynet used to do all of Aeroflot’ flights, except for the sunday flight.
8) Peter Max!
9) KLM Cargo B747-400ERF.
10) LOT E170. This has become a regular visitor at AMS. Soon Alitalia will start flying the E170 to Amsterdam.
