Some older shots I did not get round to showing off earlier. Got some more from the 25th that I may update later too.
Have a nice and busy day. As some of you may know this day was the airliners.net meet with me acting as one of the designated drivers. On top of that I had a TV interview with Russian NTV (100’000’000 viewers, who’s your daddy! :D). So all in all a very nice day, eventhough I got to shoot only a few planes. About 100 odd photos which is not much for a AMS visit.
This is the first time I edited the photos on my new monitor. The old one died on me. If the contrast/colours seems off please let me know so I can change the settings.
The camera man from NTV. (Hi mum, I am on TV!)

Excellent shots 😀
AMS is always a pleasant airport to spot at with some very nice traffic , too bad the official spotterplace will be closed very soon 😡

Was the TV apperance about photography?
It is for a TV programme about aviation in general, they will do a special episode about plane spotters. The photographers and the number collectors alike.
The presenter described it as “Top gear for planes”. Can’t recall having blown up a caravan, or a powerslide with a 747 (while complaining about legspace in economy), but it seems a good description nonetheless. 😀

The cameraman seems to be in discomfort…
Or do we all look like that when closing our left eye and peering through a viewfinder? 🙂
Nice shots. The Surinam airways 747 in particular, good days shooting 🙂
