Hi,
I spent a day in May at Amsterdam – here are some shots, all taken from the excellent observation deck.
I didn’t have long to wait before I saw the highlight of my visit, Kalitta 747 N794CK:-

I saw several Correndon aircraft over the course of my day:-

Three China Southern aircraft visited – here are an A330 and 777 freighter:-

There is never long to wait before a KLM 747 moves:-

Amsterdam attracts plenty of freighters, such as Etihad’s A6-DDA:-

It looked like Corsair 747 F-HSEA had been visiting Amsterdam for maintenance – I love the new livery:-

It was the day of the Europa League Final which was played in Amsterdam, and several aircraft had bought supporters to the match, including Jet 2 G-GDFD:-

KLM now have a large 777 fleet, comprised of -200 models and the -300 variant such as PH-BVA:-

Thanks very much for your comments.
Although Amsterdam is KLM’s hub, and you d oend up seeing loads of their aircraft, there is plenty of other airlines serving the airport to maintain interest levels, not least from the large number of freighter aircraft. And I agree about the Corsair livery – got to be one of the best out there!

Some great pics there. Love that Corsair livery, makes that dreadful Jet2 livery look very dated and tacky

Very nice indeed, lots of variation considering its KLMs base
