AMX or L-159

I was looking through Peru’s air forces aircraft types and notice they use A-37 for COIN. I thought to myself what if the US cuts their spare parts and support, what would Peru’s air force do. Providing they had money to replace this aircraft type what would it be.

I was wondering if the AMX attack jet and the L-159 light attack/trainer could be good replacements for Peru’s A-37. Can somebody tell me the rough cost of all three aircraft. I understand that training, spare parts, and weapons add to the cost of the package as well as the aircraft seller investing in the country that’s buying, just a general cost.

Does anybody know if Brazil offered the AMX to Peru for sale at anytime?

Which would make a better training and light combat aircraft for a smaller air force like Peru. Part of the training for your pilots on this training/light aircraft would be preparing them to fly MiG-29s and Mirage 2000’s? Thanks
