Forgot to tell,
according to the Dutch Spotters Mailing List the AN22 should arrive on Monday and then leave again for Koeweit.
Fingers crossed.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dutch-spotters/

This plane was at Schiphol today. It arrived yesterday at 11 in the evening and should leave at 10 tonight. If you are nearby and fast, you have 25 minutes. That is, if it is not going to be delayed again. Originally it should have left at 10 in the morning.
Apparently the plane picked up a CNN sattelite vehicle bound for Koeweit. If you are in the area it may be a nice plane to look at. Should arrive tomorrow.
According to the rumour mill this plane will go back to Schiphol in a few days. This has not been confirmed yet, so you may want to wait booking days off. 😀
There were a lot of spotters around. You can therefore expect to find a whole lot more pictures of this bird on airliners.net, planepictures.net and the other sites.

I love Russian and Ukrainian aircraft. ITs a shame the not many western airlines operate these aircraft like the tu-204. The an 22 is one of my personal favourites
