Russia gives go-ahead to AN-70 project
According to Ukrainian Minister for industrial policies Oleksandr Neustroyev, only two issues remain unsolved, sharing intellectual property rights between Ukraine and Russia, and extinguishing the Russian party’s debts to Ukraine. We are ready to consider any form of settling, both in the form of money and shipments of planes, Aleksandr Neustroyev noted. This will enable the MOTOR SICH and the O.K. Antonov Aircraft Design-Manufacturing Complex to keep their facilities and personnel busy, obliquely secure the money and then complete the AN-70 project’s implementation.
