Hi All,
I thought I’d start my 2012 pictures again because I think it’s going to get muddled up with the old stuff in my other thread. I don’t get to go to that many airshows because I’m usually covering Large Model Association airshows, which take up quite a lot of time. If any of you are interested I’ll post some pictures of large models – at these shows you get to aircraft that have either disappeared or been grounded for many years. Anyway here are a few full size from this year.

How good are the large models these days? Look closely at the last picture.
I hope you all find my pictures interesting – C&C’s always welcome.
TTFN,
Neil

Now it’s Flying Legends turn. How many pictures do you guys want to see before you get bored? I have rather a large surfeit of pictures. Here’s your starter…………….

Hi All,
I don’t get to go to many full size airshow because I’m mainly doing LMA airshow pictures. However, I managed to get to a couple this year + the Victory Show. Last year I didn’t get to a single ful size show so the last show season I had was 2010 which was pretty good. This year I was a bit disappointed in the displays, from a photographic point of veiw. Far to many figure of 8 turns and aircraft showing the underneath rather than the top of the aircraft – whatever happened to the good old Farnborough pass??? Anyway here’s my first selection from the 2012 Cosford display.

Neil

Great shots Neil, also the large model planes in Flickr … Always wondered why the models have shorter props than the scale requires.. Pictures are great!

Just had a look at the shots on your website, again stunning images, and the sunset/sunrise shots are so beautiful. Great work! 🙂
